Premier Site Development, LLC (PSD) is a Wyoming-based housing development company that is constructing quality residential homes in Wyoming. PSD home’s combine quality, comfort and affordability to meet the growing demand for housing. Additional housing is needed to provide for the influx of workers created from the rapid growth in Wyoming’s Natural Resources.

PSD constructs high-quality, comfortable, attractive, affordable homes in Sublette County. Our Redman Manufactured Homes are constructed inside a factory, which is a climate controlled environment that prevents damage to building materials. Our homes are 2 x 6 exterior framing, have vinyl siding, and also three dimensional asphalt shingles. The homes provide a comfortable living environment for Wyoming working families and will help meet the growing demand for housing in Sublette County. PSD competitively prices our homes in order to promote the sales of the homes. We will also seek highly qualified subcontractors to assist in the completion of the homes. PSD takes pride in offering quality workmanship and the homes are finished with extreme care so they met our high standards.

PSD responsibilities include the excavation of the site, construction of the ICF foundations, placement of the Redman Home, electrical hookup, completion of septic and drain field, and supervision of subcontracted work for plumbing and mechanical. As the general contractor PSD will manage every aspect of the construction process from the purchase of the vacant lots to the sale of the completed turnkey homes.
